It seems as if many Americans live a life that leads to high blood pressure or high blood pressure. The situation is even worse, as people get older. Almost half of all older Americans have hypertension. This disease makes people five times more prone to strokes, three times more likely a heart attack, and two to three times more a heart failure experience have.

According to experts, not high blood pressure is ideal however. Decrease salt intake, adopting a desirable dietary pattern reduce and exercise can all help prevent high blood pressure.
